Fill out the waiver
Download the waiver from the following link and complete it in full. Indicate the route you intend to register for and prepare a scan of at least the first page where all the data and the acceptance signature appear.

Identification documents
Prepare a photo or scan of a valid identification document.

If registered with an ASA (Amateur Sports Association), valid membership card
Prepare a photo or scan of your valid ASD membership card. This exempts you from having to produce the subsequent documentation (health documents and any insurance policy) as they are already deposited and stored with the society’s president as declared in the waiver.

Health documents
Prepare a photo or scan of the general health certificate (valid only for registration to #STRADEBASSE68) or, alternatively, the certificate of fitness for sports activities as indicated in the waiver. Not required for registration to #STRADEBASSEFAMILY.

Proceed with the payment
Proceed with the payment of the registration fee based on the chosen route and the conditions active at the time of registration*

* The registration fee will be determined based on the date of the online registration. Proof of payment must reach the organization within 7 days from the date of online registration. Otherwise, the registration will be considered null.

Send us all the documentation
Now that you have everything ready, send a photo of your ID card, the general health certificate (or your sports group card), the completed and signed waiver, and proof of payment to iscrizioni.strade.basse@gmail.com
